This is a newly created opportunity for a skilled Software Implementation Project Manager to assume a key role in a growing Project Management team within one of the most remarkable success stories of the Global HCM Software Industry
They now need a highly talented Project Manager to deliver Enterprise level Software into a global customer base across a multitude of industry sectors.
The person in this role will be asked to
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects ensuring quality, on-time and on-budget
- Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project
- Proactively plan a mix of global resources within a matrix environment to ensure maximum productivity
- Set and manage customer expectations in regard to: project scope and timeline.
- Present and manage sign-off of key milestones and deliverables,
- Effectively transition customers to Support
- Participate in project health checks and post go-live analysis on completed projects with PMO
- Assist customer in driving the UAT process
- Contribute to enhancement of the implementation methodology and PMO;
- Mentor consultants on best practice consulting
- Prepare Change Requests as required to capture change in scope and/or timeline
And should have experience of:
- Managing external client engagements implementing enterprise level SaaS products
- Developing and managing project schedules
- Business process mapping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and mastery of Microsoft Project and Visio
- Managing multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage competing priorities
- Ability to drive results through a multi-disciplinary team with matrixed reporting relationships
- Ability to lead and facilitate customer and internal workshops and sessions
