This is a newly created role for an experienced Software Business Analyst to join an innovative Technology Solutions Company who have close ties to the utilities and energy sectors.
Due to the extensive demand for their services, they now require continuing to expand their team with the addition of a talented Analyst.
The focus of this role is to work with both internal and external partners to deliver customer-focused, bespoke software packages which embrace technology and deliver efficiencies.
The person in this role will be asked to:
- Business processes – “As-is” and “To-Be” modelling
- Software Requirements
- Change Requests through to LIVE
- High-quality training to engage people with change.
- Post-implementation training and support.
And should have:
- Commercial experience in a technical/software focused Business Analysis role
- Producing effective documentation
- Communication skills
- Agile software development
