The individual in this role will participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle from discovery to configuration, testing, deployment and post go-live support and will also take responsibility for:
- Gathering customer requirements
- Configuring the solution to meet documented customer requirements
- Setting and managing customer expectations
- Identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager
- Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users
- Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
The person in this role will ideally come from a technical consulting background and have experience of business process mapping and change management.
An understanding of relational databases, SQL and scripting languages would be helpful.
